Straw Bale Casita, Crestone, CO - 2009/10

This project was both rewarding and challenging in a fun way. Note

the new roof designed by Andrew that not only now protects the home

well, but adds a dynamic, dramatic new twist to the overall design.

With the new kitchen add-on this efficient adaptation

brings this straw bale casita to still only 500 sq ft. total.
